CLIENT GOALS
Consolidate staff located in several Lower Downtown Denver office spaces into a new corporate headquarters and provide for long term growth, increased productivity, and an improved quality of life. The company had grown to occupy several turn-of-the-century office buildings in LODO and they urgently needed to bring their staff together in one location. The client desired a central atrium with staircase to connect the four levels of office space. Collaboration spaces were desired for large meetings and casual staff get-togethers. A data center was needed as the hub for technology needs for the growing company.

RESULT
The design features a four-story atrium with circular staircase to connect the four levels of office space. The design features Nevada Metaquartzite stone from the desert south of Las Vegas. The stone is used as flooring in public spaces and countertops in break areas. White ash wood is also used in the space for doors and feature materials. The design focus was to provide the company’s staff with the tools they need to do their best work and be most productive.
